Isamu Hartman
Who I am
I work in technology commercialization, startups, and industry collaborations at UT Southwestern Medical Center. I trained as a biomedical research scientist (PhD in Immunology, Johns Hopkins) early on in my career and picked up an MBA along the way (UT Dallas Jindal School of Management). I'm half-Japanese, hence my name (I've lived in Japan for a total of 10 years - nine years as a child, and one year as an adult). If you know me from the Jewish world, you might know me as Amatziah (Heb. אמציה - also Amatzia, Amatzyah, Amatsia, etc.).
